1. Eligibility and Age of Consent

We welcome the Harford County community to explore our board. However, to create an account or submit events, you must possess the legal capacity to form a binding contract. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use these features with the explicit, verifiable consent and active involvement of a parent or legal guardian. In strict compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable privacy laws, we do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these legal consent requirements.

2. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the events, text, and images you submit to Harford Exchange. You agree not to post content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, profane, or promotional of spam (including but not limited to cryptocurrency schemes, multi-level marketing, explicit content, or strong language).

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject, flag, edit, or permanently delete any content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

3. Platform Quotas and Usage

To ensure fair usage for the community, user accounts are limited to a maximum number of concurrent active events. Harford Exchange reserves the right to modify these quotas or terminate accounts that attempt to bypass platform limitations.

4. Liability Waiver

Harford Exchange acts solely as a digital community board. We do not host, organize, or verify the safety of the events listed on this platform. By attending an event found on Harford Exchange, you assume all associated risks. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from user-submitted events.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, specifically within the jurisdiction of Harford County.
